Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in asset management and HUD programs knowledge.
• REAC/NSPIRE familiarity and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and develop staff.
• Ability to prepare budgets and present financials to senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs and completes administrative tasks related to property management.
• Directs supervision of Shreveport housing staff and performance evaluation.
• Hire, train, support, and develop professional staff as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HUD programs, safety, Fair Housing, ADA, EEO.
• Maintain REAC-ready status and pass HUD reviews.
• Collaborate with agencies for tenant referrals and partnerships.
• Prepare renewal applications, annual progress reports, and contracts.
• Develop budgets with accounting and present financial analyses.
