Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management, leasing, hospitality, retail management, customer service leadership, or another leadership role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a market-rate apartment community with affordable housing programs.
• Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Lead leasing efforts by following up with prospects, conducting tours, and helping the property achieve occupancy goals.
• Address resident concerns with professionalism while enforcing lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare notices, maintain resident files, and complete required documentation using Yardi and Microsoft Office.
• Collect rent, monitor delinquency, and assist with the property's financial performance.
• Support resident engagement through positive communication and community-building initiatives.
• Work closely with Regional Management to develop strategies that continue improving the community.
