Job summary

Metes & Bounds Management is seeking a Property Manager for Parkway Townhomes in Northfield, MN. This on-site, full-time role oversees daily operations, leasing activities, and resident relations to maintain a thriving community.

You’ll coordinate maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely communication with residents while upholding policies and budgets. A proactive, organized leader with strong customer service shines in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and leadership potential.
• Experience in property management or frontline leadership is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a market-rate apartment community with affordable housing programs.
• Build relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Lead leasing efforts by following up with prospects, conducting tours, and achieving occupancy goals.
• Address resident concerns professionally while enforcing leases and policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, repairs, and unit turns; ensure timely communication.
• Conduct property walks and inspections to identify issues early.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare notices and maintain resident files using Yardi and Microsoft Office.
• Collect rent, monitor delinquency, and assist with financial performance.
• Support resident engagement through clear communication and community-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with Regional Management to improve the community.
