Metes & Bounds Management is seeking a Property Manager for Parkway Townhomes in Northfield, MN. This on-site role handles leasing, resident relations, and daily operations to maintain a high-quality community.

You’ll lead tours, coordinate maintenance, and ensure timely communication while upholding policies and budget goals. A strong customer-service mindset and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a market-rate apartment community with affordable housing programs.
• Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Lead leasing efforts by following up with prospects, conducting tours, and helping occupancy goals.
• Address resident concerns with professionalism while enforcing lease agreements and policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and service providers; monitor unit turns.
• Prepare notices, maintain resident files, and complete required documentation.
