Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service to residents.
• Ability to maintain organized and accessible records and docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for community messaging.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and proposals.
• Support to budgeting and invoicing tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations to keep the community running smoothly.
• Assist the Community Manager with projects that raise property value and resident satisfaction.
• Build relationships with homeowners, Board Members, and vendors to foster community pride.
