Job summary

Keener Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our Jacksonville, FL property. You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing tasks, and resident relations to ensure smooth property performance.

In this role you will maintain accurate resident records, process rents and deposits, and help implement marketing and administrative efforts. A customer-service mindset and reliable work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Position requires at least one year experience in on-site property management.
• Must have basic computer knowledge and type 30 wpm.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident records, rents, deposits, and application fees daily.
• Post incoming money, prepare deposits, and deliver to bank by 2:00 pm each day.
• Coordinate collection of past due accounts and assist collection agency as needed.
• Greet residents, answer phones, and direct callers to the correct party.
• Prepare and distribute management reports and routine correspondence as directed by the Community Manager.
