Keener Management in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a COMMUNITY MANAGER responsible for all property operations, coordinating employees, activities, and resources to achieve occupancy and value targets.

This role trains the Assistant Community Manager, ensures staff are trained in Keener policies, and upholds Fair Housing and safety standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and reporting to regional leadership.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• CAM, RAM, or CPM certification preferred.
• Minimum three years’ experience in on-site property management.
• Supervision experience and track record of accomplishments.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting and annual calendar-year budgeting with Lead Maintenance Supervisor.
• Oversees daily property operations, rent collection, and timely deposits.
• Maintains vendor/contractor communications, invoices, and insurance certificates.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure leases are executed properly; approve new move-ins and addenda.
• Conduct property inspections with authorities and audits; ensure compliance.
