KEENER MANAGEMENT LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all property operations, manage staff, and coordinate with the Regional Supervisor to maximize occupancy and asset value. The role requires leadership, budget awareness, and adherence to housing laws.

The Community Manager will train the Assistant Community Manager, ensure staff training, and maintain excellent resident relations. Exempt status; 40+ hours weekly with evenings/weekends as needed.

Formación

• Three years of on-site property management experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Residential Apartment Manager (RAM) or CPM certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage property operations and staffing under Regional supervision.
• Oversee leasing, budgeting, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related laws.
• Train and supervise on-site staff to meet performance goals.
