SPM, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an energetic Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and resident services. You will partner with the Property Manager to keep communities running smoothly and ensure residents feel at home.

The role requires at least one year of leasing or property management experience, solid organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also expected.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Be the right hand to the Property Manager, ensuring daily smooth operations.
• Manage rent collection, issue late notices, post payments promptly.
• Maintain tenant ledgers and daily cash receipts.
• Handle bank deposits and keep finances on track.
• Process invoices and support management-resident relations.
• Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere and ensure compliance.
