Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and to convey performance expectations.
• Strong Leadership skills and impact on quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Highly organized with an inquisitive mindset.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set work schedules and cross-train staff.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues.
• Act as primary contact with property owners and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and monthly reports.
• Help create programs for emergency recoveries.
• Prepare all required legal notices for approval.
• Review rent and CAM recovery charges for timeliness of payments.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; influence parties to reach agreements.
• Apply disciplinary knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
