Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Manager to supervise the on-site team and manage a property or small portfolio. You will oversee operations, budgets, reporting, and owner communications to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires a Real Estate license and preferred CPM/RPA designation, with 3–5 years of commercial property management experience. This on-site position offers competitive salary and benefits through CBRE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Active and valid Real Estate License is required.
• Prior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferred.
• CPM® or RPA® designation is preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, monitor training, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and lead daily team activities; set schedules and deadlines; mentor staff.
• Respond to tenant needs and issues; conduct site visits and inspections.
• Act as primary owner contact; prepare and deliver reports to owners.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and monthly reports.
• Create programs for emergency recoveries; prepare required legal notices; review rent and CAM charges.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; resolve day-to-day issues.
