Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous commercial real estate experience with increasing responsibilities.
• California Real Estate License and RPA or CPM designations required.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of properties and ensure they are maintained in first-class condition.
• Manage budgets and prepare strategic asset plans for properties.
• Work closely with accounting on financial management and reporting.
