Qualifications
5+ years of previous commercial real estate experience with increasing responsibilities.
California Real Estate License and RPA or CPM designations required.
Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of properties and ensure they are maintained in first-class condition.
Manage budgets and prepare strategic asset plans for properties.
Work closely with accounting on financial management and reporting.
