Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a residential property. This on-site role supports the Property Manager with financial and operational oversight, reporting, and goal achievement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, daily operations, recruiting and training, marketing plans, and cost optimization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Rent Manager is a plus; strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Rent Manager software experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the financial and operational performance of the property.
• Assist in preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Assist in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives for the team.
• Work with the Property Manager in recruiting, training, supporting the property manager and leasing team, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Assist in developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Assist in planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Partner with Property Manager in ensuring make-ready turns to meet Navarino quality standards.
• Ensure company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
• Partner with Property Manager in dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
