Job summary

Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Stamford, CT team and support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential property. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, vendor coordination, and resident relations.

The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, planification of marketing efforts, and ensure adherence to Navarino standards of service and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Rent Manager software experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the property's financial and operational performance.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Assist in achieving business goals and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives for the team.
• Support recruiting, training, and performance appraisals of the leasing team.
• Develop and implement business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager in make-ready turns to Navarino quality standards.
• Ensure company standards, procedures, and policies are followed.
• Work with the Property Manager on escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
