Job summary

11Residential in Post Falls, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned communities. You will work with the Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction, efficient leasing, and smooth on-site operations.

Responsibilities include handling rent collection, conducting tours, processing applications, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting marketing to keep unit availability accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelors degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of apartment management laws at federal, state and local levels is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for phone, email and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospective residents, and staff with timely follow-up.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management in line with company policy.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry to move-in and tours.
• Support marketing with online ads, unit availability, pricing, and property info.
• Conduct property walks, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure safety/compliance.
• Handle other duties as needed.
