  • Lead, train, and support onsite staff to ensure excellent customer service and team performance
  • Manage occupancy goals, leasing performance, and resident retention efforts
  • Review and approve leases, renewals, notices, and resident communications
  • Handle resident concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor property financial performance including rent collections, delinquency, budgeting, and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and local/state regulations
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and property upkeep
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and community standards
  • Prepare reports related to occupancy, leasing, collections, and property performance
  • Assist with marketing strategies and outreach efforts to attract prospective residents
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure quality service from contractors
  • Communicate and relationships with clients
