Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of the community, ensuring clean and well‑maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff.

This role handles electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance tasks, maintains records, and completes work orders with safety in mind. Travel between properties may be required; a High School diploma or GED and 3 years of maintenance experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure clean, well-maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and other building systems as needed.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment; complete work orders and groundskeeping tasks in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• May travel between properties and operate related equipment as required.
