Job summary

Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC is seeking a Service Technician I to maintain the curb appeal and overall condition of the Beckett Cottingham community in Houston, TX. You will perform routine maintenance, painting, cleaning, janitorial tasks, and groundskeeping to keep vacant and occupied homes in top shape.

Responsibilities include addressing service requests, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent resident service under the guidance of the Service Manager and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience performing maintenance duties is helpful.
• Experience in multi-family maintenance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition and appearance of an assigned community in accordance with operating and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance in vacant apartment homes.
• Perform painting in vacant homes.
• Respond to resident requests promptly, delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist in general duties in maintenance and groundskeeping as required.
• Routinely inspect community grounds and buildings for safety.
