Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Centric Gateway to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring safe, clean, and well-functioning buildings and grounds.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, making ready units for leasing, documenting tasks, maintaining inventory, and supporting cost-control measures; must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license.

Formación

• Must have EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/2 or universal).
• Ability to diagnose and repair building systems components.
• Capable of reading blueprints and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Fill work orders from residents and perform PM on site.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect work.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Complete service paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Assist with grounds and common areas maintenance as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
