Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Whites Creek, TN. You will assist in maintenance across the community, respond to resident requests, and support preventive and corrective tasks to ensure property upkeep and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance for community buildings and units.
• Respond to work orders and resident/management requests promptly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines; maintain tools and shop.
• Assist with on-call emergency coverage and inventory.
