Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our properties with on-site maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep. The role requires hands-on work across community spaces and units, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.

You will respond to resident requests, assist with make-ready processes, and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and routine on-site tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and cosmetic repairs.
• Assist with make-ready, turnover, and turnover events.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
• Operate tools and equipment and keep logs of service.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
