Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Repair Technician to maintain two apartment communities in Oak Harbor, WA. You will perform inspections, address repairs, respond to emergencies, and manage work orders with detailed documentation.

This on-site role requires strong mechanical aptitude, dependable attitude, and ability to work with tenants and the property management team. Benefits include health insurance, vacation, and holidays; background check and drug testing

Qualifications

• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain two apartment complexes, perform inspections and repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and manage work orders with documentation.
• Assist with pool maintenance and ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate updates with property management and tenants.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs.
