Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance across indoor and outdoor property areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep units ready for occupancy.

The role requires hands-on mechanical aptitude, EPA refrigerant certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will work 40 hours weekly, including some evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documents and safety procedures.
• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type I/II or Universal).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and diagnose issues.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with safety policies and codes.
• Attend safety training and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Interact with residents professionally and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
