Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Manager to coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain the property while safeguarding resident safety and comfort. You will manage maintenance operations and lead a skilled team to deliver timely repairs.

This onsite role emphasizes cost control and regulatory compliance across multifamily communities. The position requires supervisory experience, EPA certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; CPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds.
• Maintain the property's operating budget and secure competitive bids for supplies and services.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and invoices to keep costs under control.
• Review and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction and maintain records.
• Oversee safety and compliance with fire, safety codes and OSHA regulations; mentor maintenance staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to maintain property functionality.
