Job summary

RPM Living in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our apartment community's maintenance operations. You will supervise technicians, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Community Manager to protect asset value and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, work-order prioritization, safety compliance, and mentoring the maintenance team. EPA certification is required; MS Office and project management skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of multifamily maintenance experience or training.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• CPO preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and crews to maintain property.
• Maintain operating budgets and obtain competitive bids.
• Process POs and invoices to control costs.
• Prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee safety, inspections, and OSHA compliance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Mentor team members to enhance skills.
