Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our Connecticut communities safe, well-maintained, and compliant. You will guide maintenance staff, manage daily work orders, and ensure high resident satisfaction while upholding safety standards.

You will oversee scheduling, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance, with a focus on timely, quality workmanship. This is a full‑time on‑site role requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driving license.
• On-site five days a week; not remote.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three+ years in property maintenance or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays/on-call.
• Able to walk property and climb stairs; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team: hire, train, supervise and delegate work orders.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and property appearance.
• Schedule and oversee make-ready repairs; manage inventory and records.
• Interface with vendors and manage bids as needed.
• Use maintenance software and devices to track requests.
