Job summary

South Oxford Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical condition of our CT communities. You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate service vendors, and ensure safety standards while maintaining property quality and resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on supervision and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, record-keeping for preventive maintenance, and ensuring on-call coverage for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in property maintenance or an equivalent field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members through hiring, training, and supervision.
• Delegate work orders and inspect completed jobs to ensure quality.
• Maintain appearance, condition, and functionality of buildings and grounds to company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance work orders and emergency tickets; schedule 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards are followed; manage preventive maintenance records.
