Job summary

PJ Morgan Real Estate is seeking a Junior Maintenance Technician to join our Omaha team. This full-time, in-office position requires on-site presence to clean and maintain both residential and commercial properties, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 hourly, with opportunities for growth and additional stipends. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our properties well-maintained and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning and grounds tasks as assigned.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors; clean surfaces and restrooms; restock supplies.
• Water and maintain plants; manage garden areas and outdoor spaces.
• Snow removal and salting of walkways in winter.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for repairs and improvements.
• Support setup/breakdown of events and occasional minor repairs.
