Job summary

PJ Morgan Real Estate is seeking a Cleaning and Grounds Specialist to support our on-site properties in Omaha, NE. This full-time role covers interior cleaning, exterior maintenance, and basic repairs under the Maintenance Supervisor guidance.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to safety and upkeep. Compensation ranges from $19 to $21 hourly with stipends and bonus opportunities as part of our benefits.

Responsibilities

• Residential and commercial cleaning, including unit turns.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and clean surfaces, desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Empty and sanitize trash cans and recycling bins.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock supplies.
• Clean glass doors and interior windows.
• Remove weeds and maintain outdoor areas as needed.
• Water and maintain plants, shrubs, and trees.
• Snow removal and salting walkways in winter.
• Maintain outdoor furniture and equipment.
• Inspect property for safety hazards; coordinate repairs.
• Set up and break down event areas; assist minor repairs.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager.
