Job summary

PJ Morgan Real Estate in Omaha, NE is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our in-house team. This full-time, in-person role handles a range of repairs across residential and commercial properties with a hands-on approach and strong customer service.

You will work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with on-call rotations including nights and weekends, and be responsible for drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting while maintaining a professional appearance and reliable tools.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Own comprehensive set of hand tools.
• Experience in maintenance/renovation across multiple trades.
• HVAC certification or Boiler’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs, maintenance, and small renovations on properties.
• Work across drywall, carpentry, plumbing, tile, electrical, painting.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and communicate timelines with clients.
• Maintain clean, professional appearance and organized tools/vehicle.
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends.
• Assist renovation work and unit turns for spaces.
