The Wooten Company, LLC is seeking a Property Manager (On-Site Leader) to oversee daily operations, financials, and a team across regional residential communities. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem solving, and a commitment to resident and staff satisfaction.

You will conduct site visits, manage leasing cycles, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, review budgets, and mentor maintenance and leasing staff to deliver high standards and reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing lifecycle, tenant relations, and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Review invoices, monitor AR, and support payroll/timecard processes.
• Mentor onsite maintenance and leasing staff, upholding safety and standards.
