Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management with 2+ years leading a team.
• Bi‑Lingual advantage: Portuguese/English communication valued.
• Detail oriented, organized, with strong deadline management.
• Clear communicator with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Customer‑focused with a service mindset.
• Financially savvy: rent rolls, budgets, reporting, expenses.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management systems.

• Lead the Team – hire, train, schedule, and support on‑site teams.
