Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a hands-on Property Manager to lead one multifamily community on site in Miami. You’ll drive leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination while building a positive, high-performing on-site team.

You’ll own budgets, revenue, and rent collections, ensure compliance, and keep the property in peak condition, delivering an exceptional living experience for residents and driving occupancy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years of supervising two or more employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Familiarity with reading financial statements and rent rolls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams.
• Promote property to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Serve as the main contact for residents and create a welcoming community.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance standards.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll and commissions.
• Engage with local apartment associations and stay informed on market trends.
