Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager to lead a multifamily community on-site in Golden, CO. You will manage leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and on-site staff while driving occupancy, satisfaction, and revenue.

You'll oversee budgets, vendor coordination, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance and a strong community reputation. A high school diploma and 4+ years in property management with 2+ years leading teams are required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience managing large multifamily real estate properties required.
• Minimum 4 years of residential property management experience with a proven leasing/sales track record.
• At least 2 years of supervising two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, work orders and vendor coordination.
• Hire, train, schedule, and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams to foster a positive culture.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the property, attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection is on track.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents, resolving concerns and ensuring a high-quality living experience.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensure unit readiness, and oversee maintenance standards and capital improvements.
