Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage general maintenance and keep the property's common areas clean both inside and outside. Responsibilities include custodial tasks, grounds work, basic landscaping, make-ready assistance, and operation of power washers and floor equipment.

On-site role with potential after-hours calls, strict adherence to OSHA and safety standards, and the goal of completing tasks within 24–48 hours. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of trades including carpentry, drywall, and make-ready.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular custodial tasks and maintain common areas.
• Complete grounds work and trash removal as directed by management.
• Power wash, cleaning, and basic repairs as needed.
• Assist in make-ready units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance promptly.
• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and update records.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies.
