Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an on-site operations assistant for an apartment community. You will process applications, show apartments, handle leases, and support leasing and maintenance staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience. It offers weekly pay and great benefits, with weekend availability and potential evening hours during the week. Proficiency with MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic reading, writing and comprehension of instructions and simple communications.
• Basic math and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications and re-certifications for residents.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Negotiate and renew leases.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff.
• Support marketing and leasing activities.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers and deposits.
• Assist with resident relations and enforcing community rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
