Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. is seeking a caretaker to maintain and uphold the appearance of an assigned community. Responsibilities include cleaning, snow shoveling, lobby upkeep, and ensuring the property is ready for guests and residents by 10:00 AM each day.

The role requires basic knowledge of building repair trades and janitorial procedures, ability to lift moderately heavy objects, and a professional relationship with residents. On-site housing may be available as a rent credit.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Maintain and show-ready the assigned community by 10:00 AM.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Inspect and report leaks or repairs; replace bulbs as needed.
