Job summary

NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services company, seeks a detail-oriented Timekeeper to support a data center project in Ft. Stockton, TX. On-site at the project field office, you will assist with timekeeping, records, and administrative tasks throughout the project duration.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This role requires the ability to work up to 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related administrative, office support, or timekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Support project timekeeping activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative functions within the project field office.
• Maintain project documentation and files.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
• Communicate with project personnel regarding administrative and timekeeping-related matters.
• Perform general office support duties as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and recordkeeping activities
