NorthStar Energy Services, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to support a data center project located in Ft. Stockton, Texas.

The Timekeeper will work on-site at the project field office and assist with workforce timekeeping activities, maintaining accurate records and project documentation. The role requires organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage timekeeping tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of related administrative, office support, or timekeeping experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, & Adobe Acrobat/PDF.

Responsibilities

• Support project timekeeping activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with administrative functions within the project field office.
• Maintain project documentation and files.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
• Communicate with project personnel regarding administrative and timekeeping-related matters.
• Perform general office support duties as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and recordkeeping activities
