Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Project lead experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with professional business style.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the workflow on site consistent with project schedule and safety/quality standards.
• Provide leadership and act as liaison between project team members and clients.
• Maintain daily site documentation, punch lists, and closeout processes.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure fair treatment.
• Collaborate with project manager to formulate and follow installation schedules.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering
