Job summary

WES Construction Corp. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Massachusetts sites. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and keep projects on track and within budget.

You will enforce safety protocols, conduct regular site inspections, and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders. A proven track record in construction supervision and strong leadership are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience supervising construction sites and managing on-site activities.
• Background in self-perform site work and underground utility work is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset are required.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
• Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and promptly address issues.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance across the site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
