Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives on complex electrical construction projects.

You will develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe working environment. The ideal candidate holds OSHA 30 Construction certification, 3–5 years of construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred), and strong communication skills to influence field teams toward an Incident and

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) or similar (Construction Management, Business, or Engineering) preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction safety experience; electrical safety experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Generate and submit weekly Total Case Incident Reports to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable standards and project safety requirements.
