Job summary

S&B is seeking an On‑Site Project Manager to act as the permanent site-based representative and primary day-to-day interface between local site personnel and S&B’s office teams.

The role focuses on facilitating integration of project execution activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and site operations, while supporting new project scopes and ensuring on-site coordination for improved delivery and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project engineering/project management within refining, petrochemical, or industrial facilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with site operations, maintenance, engineering, construction, and contractor personnel.
• TWIC credential eligibility and background/drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site liaison between client staff and engineering/construction teams.
• Facilitate communication, coordination, and issue resolution between stakeholders.
• Support integration of project execution activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and site operations.
• Coordinate MOC tracking, inputs, reviews, and approvals between site personnel.
• Identify and define new project scope opportunities with client personnel.
• Coordinate field information gathering, site walkthroughs, and scope validation for deliverables.
