Job summary

Arcadia Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee manufacturing and design projects from initiation through delivery at our Stamford, CT facility. The role requires close collaboration with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

You will coordinate fabrication dates, manage shop orders and documentation, and communicate via phone and email while maintaining meticulous records and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); AutoCAD familiarity a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and documentation simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project coordination from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate fabrication and delivery dates with internal teams and vendors.
• Prepare shop orders and enter related sales/orders data.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and change orders.
• Communicate with customers via phone or email; ensure timely updates.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
