Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a Site Project Controls Manager (Finance) for a landmark semiconductor megaproject in Clay, NY. You will act as the on-site Owner's Representative Project Controls Leader, stewarding cost, schedule, risk, and forecasting governance and delivering a single source of truth for program performance.

You will lead a multidisciplinary controls team, coordinate with EPC and A&E partners, and provide executive-level dashboards and insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive EVM experience across large capital projects.
• Expert in cost and schedule control.
• Strong forecasting and performance analysis skills.
• Experience with multi-prime delivery and Owner representation.
• Experience with complex mega-projects (semiconductor preferred).
• Ability to translate analytics into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls governance across cost, schedule, and risk.
• Maintain a single source of truth for performance reporting.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary project controls team.
• Interface between Owner, EPC contractors, A&E partners, and delivery teams.
• Ensure EVM-based governance and contractor billing alignment.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting packages.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Foster accountability and data integrity.
