Job summary

Arcadia Inc., a Connecticut-based specialty manufacturer, is seeking a Project Estimator / Project Manager to support front-end estimating and full project execution. You will prepare quotes, coordinate documentation, and manage customer relationships while ensuring smooth flow of materials through production.

The role requires 2+ years of estimating experience in construction or production, ability to read drawings, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years estimating experience in the construction or production industry.
• Experience with aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, unitized facades, windows, doors, or steel construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute architectural and construction drawings and schematics.
• Understanding of hardware requirements (locks, cylinders, etc.).
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• The Project Estimator / Project Manager supports front-end estimating and full project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate quotes, coordinate project documentation, and manage customer relationships.
• Ensure the smooth flow of materials and information through production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedule and quality goals.
