BW Papersystems in Phillips, WI is seeking a Project Management Leader to oversee the execution of new equipment orders on-site five days a week. You will guide a high-functioning PM team, ensure budget and schedule adherence, and drive project discipline across the corrugating product line.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, lean manufacturing insight, and ability to align stakeholders from engineering to customers. Travel about 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; engineering background preferred.
• 8+ years as a Project Manager; 5+ years leading teams.
• PM training or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment or low-volume, high-mix environments ideal.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, deliverables and schedule before execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones and budget targets.
• Create and maintain a standards playbook for projects.
• Ensure adherence to PM playbooks and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external OEMs; manage purchasing and accountability.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
