Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Manager to lead on-site deployments with customer facilities in the Greater Nashville area. You will coordinate scope, schedule, resources, and milestones, driving successful on-site delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in project management, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Excel pivot tables. On-site work is essential, with a focus on lifecycle services and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• On-site presence at customer facilities.
• PMP certification or active pursuit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience using JIRA and Excel pivot tables/LOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• On-site project leadership at customer sites with day-to-day oversight.
• Define scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables for deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across field service, systems engineering, and manufacturing.
• Provide regular updates, risk and issue tracking, and KPI reporting.
• Manage scope changes, budget alignment, and redirection as needed.
