Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Nashville is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead multiple deployments across customer facilities. You will oversee scope, schedule, and resources, coordinating with field service, systems engineering and operations teams to ensure safe, timely delivery of milestones.

You will manage communications, readiness, and change control while maintaining alignment with project goals and customer expectations in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• On-site project leadership at the customer site, coordinating deployment and issue resolution.
• Lead daily site meetings and align priorities with the customer project team and internal groups.
• Define and manage project scope, deliverables, schedule, resources and execution plans to meet milestones.
• Coordinate site readiness, safety, layout readiness, infrastructure, training needs and deployment logistics.
• Identify risks and issues; drive containment actions and escalate when required.
• Provide regular progress and KPI updates to the customer and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations, engineering, maintenance and leadership teams.
• Support cost control, resource planning, travel coordination, and budget tracking for on-site execution.
• Document and communicate changes in scope, schedule or requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and promote deployment best practices across future projects.
