Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site work, coordinate delivery teams, and keep projects moving safely, within scope, budget, and schedule. You’ll review priorities, organize resources, and direct crews to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

You’ll monitor progress, enforce safety programs, and maintain daily logs and reports. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to changing project needs while aligning with First Onsite policies

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors within budget.
• Prepare project schedule including crew and subcontractor plans.
• Fill in as needed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and site inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
• Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance; keep them ready for response.
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours.
